AORUS 15G YB is equipped with an Intel Core i7-10875H, a 10th Generation Intel Core processor that has a code name Comet Lake.

The system memory inside is 2 x 8 GB 2933 MHz DDR4 SDRAM while the storage space is a 512 GB PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive. Both come in two slots and upgradeable.
Each memory slot consists of 8 GB, so there is a total of 16 GB. You can replace the existing RAM modules to upgrade the RAM capacity. However, the existing 16GB RAM is enough for this laptop to handle everything that needs to run on it.
As for the storage space, there is an empty slot for expanding the capacity. Well, 512 GB is a roomy space but it all depends on you. If you have a habit of collecting tons of media files, it could be not enough for you.
Just an advice, if you want to expand the capacity, both the memory or storage space, you are better to go to an expert.
Jump to the screen panel. The 15.6-inch display seems so wide and spacious without edges, thanks to the 3 mm thin bezels on the top and both sides, they are nearly invisible.

The Aorus 15G features has a full-size keyboard with OMRON mechanical switch offering a 1.6mm actuation point, tactile feel and quieter. Each its chiclet-size key has individually lit RGB and it is completed with a numeric pad on the right side. Distance between keys are decent and typing feels great.
The touchpad is placed at the left of center, a bit small in scale compared to the keyboard. The fingerprint sensor is on top-left corner of the pad. You can use it to unlock the laptop. The pad feels smooth and works well. No complaint about using it.
The 2 x 2 Watt Stereo Speakers are located at the bottom. The sound quality is good enough but not perfect as expected. In our opinion, it is less of bass.
The manufacturer locates the 720p web camera on the bottom housing, so the top bezel can as thin as both sides bezel. The camera has a cover that you can slide over to block it. Sadly, you can’t change the angle of camera.
The power source inside is a 94Wh Lithium Polymer battery. Gigabyte claims that it can last up to 8 hours, depends on the setting and usage of laptop. It's good news since a full charge battery is enough for a day of work.

[/hide]With the dimension of 14.00 x 9.84 x 0.98 inches, Aorus 15G is a bit thick, but still not too big. It doesn't need much space and will easily slip into your bag or backpack to carry everywhere. The weight of 4.85 lbs is also not too heavy, though it isn't light at all. It depends on each person but it doesn't feel heavy for us.
All and all, the Aorus 15G is obviously designed as a workhorse. It comes with strong performance, stunning display, long battery life, and nice portability. Even though there are deficiencies, they don't have much effect on their overall performance.
